Directors: Hitchcock

Hitchcock,_Alfred_02.jpg

Hitchcock is a famous movie director, and one of the forefathers of modern-day thrillers, know famously for his works such as psycho, or the birds. Hitchcock had some different ways of directing of the time, such as making people use the camera as a first person view, forcing the audience to see through the eyes of the victim. He would use camera framing to maximize anxiety reactions in the audience, such as fear or empathy.
He would frequently use the macguffin trope, and generally bass films around violence or other crimes, usually leaded by a man accompanied by an ''icy blonde''.

Hitchcock was born on the 13th August 1899, and died 29th April 1980 aged 80. Over a film career spanning over 50 years, and pushed forward the suspense and psychological thriller genre's. He often had his protagonists on the run from superior enemies, oft more well funded, alongside icy blondes who grows close to the character.
